Domestic Shipping
$2 shipping for all orders unless otherwise noted per item!
We ship items out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. Please allow 1-3 business days for production time. During Holidays, production time can increase to 3-5 business days.
All orders are shipped according to the information supplied by the customer. If a shipment is not delivered due to an error made by the customer submitting incorrect information, we will reship the package with the corrected address at the customer's expense.
Mermaids&Co cannot be responsible for any shipment delays due to the shipping company's error or weather.
If a package is returned to us after 3 delivery attempts by the shipping company, the package will be resent at the customer's expense.
Standard domestic shipping times are generally between 2-14 days.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time
Returns
Due to the custom nature of our items, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the wrong item is sent or unless the item is defective. Please contact the shop within 5 days of receipt of your item if you have any issues with your order or if you have questions or concerns. If you receive the wrong item or if the item is defective, the item will be reshipped to you at no cost once you have notified us of the issue and followed the instructions for your particular case.
